Refunds are issued only for online non-custom order purchases the customer has not seen in person before purchase and only within 21 days of purchase. Exchanges are allowed for non-custom order purchases within 45 days of purchase excluding shipping charges. No refund, exchange, or store credit is allowed on any custom order.
