We created this category so that you can see the many designs that have entered the private collections of happy women all over the world.

If you see a design you just love, call us. No two original Jewelry by Gail pieces are ever identical, but Gail is adept at incorporating the elements you admire into a piece made exclusively for you.

Payment and Terms

We accept personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer a Jewelry by Gail GE Money Luxury credit card. Please call us for an application and information.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS Insured, Registered Insured, or Express Mail to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours. Ship dates for custom orders are determined on an individual basis. If you require special shipping arrangements please email or call us.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are issued only for online non-custom order purchases the customer has not seen in person before purchase and only within 21 days of purchase. Exchanges are allowed for non-custom order purchases within 45 days of purchase excluding shipping charges. No refund, exchange, or store credit is allowed on any custom order. All returns must be in original condition, shipped via insured or registered mail and postmarked within 45 days of purchase date. If you have questions or need instructions please email or call us.
